My little city garden is actually two gardens: a small l-shaped back garden and strip of front garden which separates me from the pavement. The back garden has two sets of tables and chairs and two benches (for sunshine or shade) and the all-important summerhouse. There are also seventy-three pots of varying shapes and sizes. The front window boxes contain a screen of airy grasses which give me privacy but still allow me to watch the world go by. The others provide an ever-changing array of colour, interest and food. Albeit in small quantities.
